Welcome to UK PMU Experts.
By booking a treatment, enrolling in a course, or modelling for a student, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related academy and clinic policies.
Our policies are designed to protect the safety, professionalism, and fairness of our environment while ensuring every client and student receives the highest standard of care and training.
Please read this document carefully. By continuing to engage with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings require a non-refundable £50 booking fee per PMU treatment area, or an agreed deposit for training courses, payable at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely via the payment link provided by Amy Louise or authorised staff.
Your booking fee secures your place and contributes to administrative preparation and reserved time in the diary.
Remaining balances must be paid on or before the appointment or course start date unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
All payments made to UK PMU Experts — including booking fees, deposits, course payments, and gift vouchers — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Clients cancelling or failing to attend appointments.
Students withdrawing from or postponing training.
Changes in personal circumstances, health, or financial position.
Once payment is received, resources, time, and tutor support are allocated immediately.
Refunds will not be issued for illness, lateness, change of mind, or failure to complete training.
In the case of genuine medical emergencies, rebooking may be considered at the discretion of management — but no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation rules are firm but fair — ensuring we can manage our diary effectively and respect everyone’s time.
Clients:
14+ days’ notice = booking fee may be transferred once.
Within 14 days = new booking fee required.
Within 48 hours or no-show = full treatment fee owed before rebooking.
Students:
Cancellations or reschedules follow the same timeframes as above.
Students who repeatedly reschedule or fail to attend will forfeit their place and all payments made.
All booking fees and payments remain non-refundable in all circumstances.

Student Responsibilities
By enrolling in a course, you agree to:
Follow all academy policies, including Health & Safety, Etiquette, Bullying & Harassment, and Infectious Illness.
Maintain professionalism towards tutors, staff, models, and peers.
Complete all modules, case studies, and assessments within agreed timeframes.
Provide accurate personal and medical information.
Respect all deadlines, intellectual property, and copyright rules.
Failure to meet professional or behavioural standards may result in suspension or removal from the course without refund.
Client & Model Responsibilities
Clients and models agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate medical and personal details during consultation.
Follow pre- and post-treatment advice carefully.
Refrain from attending appointments when unwell or contagious (see Infectious Illness Policy).
Treat all staff, tutors, and students with respect at all times.
Behaviour & Conduct
UK PMU Experts enforces a zero-tolerance policy on disrespectful, abusive, or unprofessional behaviour, including gossip, harassment, or attempts to discredit staff, models, or students.
Any breach will result in immediate removal from the premises and termination of training or services without refund.

Data Protection & GDPR
All personal data is handled securely and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will never sell or share your data without consent.

Complaints Procedure
We take all concerns seriously and aim to resolve them fairly.
Clients and non-regulated students can submit complaints following our Complaints Procedure (30-day response timeframe).
Students on Ofqual-regulated qualifications (ProQual) must use the separate Complaints & Appeals Policy inside Skool.
Policy Updates
To ensure compliance and continual improvement, we review and update our policies regularly.
UK PMU Experts reserves the right to amend or update any policy, procedure, or term at any time without prior notice.
The most current versions are always available in our academy policy folder and within the Skool learning platform.
By continuing to use our services or training, you agree to be bound by the latest versions of all policies and terms.
Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, all treatments and training involve some degree of risk.
By signing consent forms or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge these risks and agree that UK PMU Experts, its staff, and tutors are not liable for loss, damage, or injury except in cases of proven negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled under UK jurisdiction.
