Student Conduct, Safety & Professional Standards Policy
Termination of Training Due to Student Misconduct
Introduction
UK PMU Experts is committed to providing a safe, professional, and supportive training environment for all students, tutors, staff, models and clients.
As a professional training academy operating within the permanent makeup industry, students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with professional standards, respect for others, and the safety of the learning environment.
The academy operates a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, abuse, bullying, or conduct that compromises the safety, wellbeing, or professional reputation of the academy, its staff, or its students.
Students who enrol on a course with UK PMU Experts agree to follow this policy as a condition of their enrolment.
This policy forms part of the agreement between the student and UK PMU Experts.
The academy will determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether a student's behaviour constitutes a breach of this policy and what action is appropriate.
Where a student engages in behaviour that breaches these standards, the academy reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the safety of staff and students, the integrity of the training environment, and the professional reputation of the academy.
Depending on the severity of the behaviour, action may include warnings, restriction of access to certain resources, or termination of the student's course place.
In cases of serious misconduct or safety concerns, termination may occur immediately without warning.
Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling on a course with UK PMU Experts, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Student Conduct, Safety & Professional Standards Policy.
This policy forms part of the contractual agreement between the student and UK PMU Experts.
Professional Learning Environment
UK PMU Experts is committed to maintaining a supportive and professional learning environment.
Behaviour that undermines tutors, disrupts the delivery of training, creates hostility within the training group, or negatively affects the learning experience of other students may result in disciplinary action or removal from the course.
Termination of Training Due to Student Misconduct
UK PMU Experts reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment if their behaviour is considered abusive, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate towards staff, tutors, students, models, clients, or the academy.
The academy also reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour undermines the wellbeing of staff or students, or prevents tutors from delivering training effectively.
In cases of serious misconduct, termination may occur without warning, and the student will forfeit their course place.
Safety & Safeguarding
The academy has a duty to protect the safety and wellbeing of its staff, tutors, students, models and clients.
Any attempt to obtain or use private contact details, attend a staff member’s private residence, or engage in harassment outside official academy communication channels will be considered serious misconduct and a safeguarding concern.
Where behaviour creates a safety risk or safeguarding concern, the academy may take immediate action including removal from the course.
Such behaviour may also be reported to the police or relevant authorities.
Communication Boundaries
Students must communicate with the academy only through official communication channels provided by UK PMU Experts.
Contacting staff members via personal phone numbers, personal social media accounts, or private addresses without permission is not permitted.
Students must not attempt to obtain or use private contact details relating to academy staff.
Harassment & Threatening Behaviour
Harassment, intimidation, stalking, persistent unwanted contact, threatening behaviour, or conduct that causes staff or students to feel unsafe will not be tolerated.
Such behaviour may result in immediate course termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Protection of Academy Systems & Intellectual Property
Any systems, platforms, templates, CRM environments, automation systems, marketing frameworks, or internal business processes provided by UK PMU Experts are for the sole use of the enrolled student.
Students must not grant access to academy systems, share login credentials, or allow third parties to access academy platforms.
This includes but is not limited to marketers, agencies, consultants, virtual assistants, web designers, or other businesses not associated with UK PMU Experts.
Students must not demonstrate, screen-share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or disclose academy systems, workflows, marketing strategies, templates, automation structures, or internal processes to any external individual or organisation.
All systems, workflows, templates and training materials are considered confidential intellectual property of UK PMU Experts.
Unauthorised sharing or misuse of academy systems may result in immediate removal from the course and termination of access to academy resources.

Where concerns about student conduct arise, the academy may review available evidence including communications, messages, witness accounts, or other relevant information in order to determine appropriate action.
