Student Refund Policy
At UK PMU Experts, we’re fully committed to delivering an exceptional training experience — from the moment you enrol right through to certification and beyond.
Because of the time, resources, and preparation that go into each course booking, we operate a strict no-refund policy, which applies to all students — past, present, and future.
Payments & Booking Fees
All payments made for training courses, whether in full or as a deposit, are non-refundable.
When you enrol, your place on the course is secured and our academy begins allocating tutor support, preparing learning resources, registering you with awarding bodies (where applicable), and reserving your training dates.
Even if your original training date was set before we launched our online learning platform (Skool), the same policy applies.
At the time of your enrolment, you received access to our training manual, pre-course materials, and the administrative setup required to prepare for your training — all of which form part of the service provided.
Rescheduling & Expiry
We understand that life happens, so we always do our best to accommodate reschedules where possible.
However:
If you reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice, your booking may be moved once to a new date.
If you’ve already rescheduled your training more than once, or do not attend your agreed training date, your booking will be forfeited in full.
No refunds or additional reschedules will be offered beyond this point.
This policy ensures fairness to all students and respects the time blocked out for your training, model days, and tutor allocation.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Every course booking triggers costs and preparation before your practical training even begins — including admin setup, tutor scheduling, registration, insurance coverage, pre-study access, and course materials.
These costs are incurred whether or not you attend your course.
Our no-refund policy ensures that all students are treated equally and that our academy can maintain the high-quality, resource-intensive support we’re known for.
By enrolling in a course with UK PMU Experts, you agree to these terms and understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for historical bookings prior to the launch of Skool or changes in personal circumstances.
We deeply value every student and always aim to support you in completing your training successfully.

Client Refund Policy
At UK PMU Experts, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service, care, and results to every single client.
Because of the time, preparation, and resources that go into each appointment, we operate a strict no-refund policy across all treatments, booking fees, and gift vouchers — including past and expired ones.
Booking Fees
All PMU treatment bookings require a £50 non-refundable booking fee per treatment area, payable at the time of booking via the secure payment link provided by Amy Louise.
This booking fee secures your treatment time in our diary and covers pre-appointment admin, preparation, and consultation time.
If you provide at least 14 days’ notice to reschedule, your £50 booking fee can be transferred once to a new date.
If less than 14 days’ notice is given, a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, the full value of the treatment will be owed before a new booking can be made.
All booking fees and payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers issued by UK PMU Experts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Vouchers must be used before the stated expiry date and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or alternative treatments.
Expired vouchers hold no monetary value and cannot be used towards future appointments, offers, or courses.
This policy applies to both current and previous voucher holders, including those purchased before our updated booking system was introduced.
Past Clients & Historical Bookings
Our no-refund policy also applies to past bookings, including appointments or deposits made before any changes to our booking system or online platform.
If you made a booking, payment, or deposit in a previous year, the same terms apply — booking fees and payments are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed after the agreed time frame has passed.
This ensures consistency and fairness to all clients, regardless of when they booked.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Our services are highly specialised and time-sensitive, with every appointment slot reserved exclusively for each client.
Once booked, your time is set aside, preparation begins, and other clients are turned away from that space.
Our booking structure ensures that every client receives undivided care and professionalism — and this policy protects that fairness.
By booking any treatment, purchasing a voucher, or making a payment with UK PMU Experts, you agree to these terms and understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including expired vouchers, past bookings, or changes to personal circumstances.
