Unlike most academies that remove your access after 6–12 months, we give you lifetime access to your online course materials and student community.

That means you’ll always be able to:

✨ Join new coaching calls, Q&As, and bonus lessons released for your course level.

How Lifetime Access Works

Your lifetime access stays active as long as you remain connected and engaged with the academy.
There are no renewal fees or time limits — just a few simple expectations to keep your account live and fair for everyone.

To maintain your lifetime access, we simply ask that you:
✅ Log in to your student account or Skool at least once every 12 weeks (3 months).

This tiny action shows you’re still an active learner. We completely understand that life happens — illness, pregnancy, family changes, or busy seasons — but logging in takes only a moment and ensures your account stays protected.

If there’s no login or engagement for 12 consecutive weeks, your account will be marked as inactive.
If inactivity continues for 6 months, your access to course content will be closed to protect our resources and prioritise active students.

You’ll still be warmly welcome to return at any time by joining a refresher or advanced course, which reactivates your student status and access to all relevant training.

If You’re Going Through a Difficult Time

We’re human too.
If you ever experience a genuine long-term situation (for example, medical treatment, serious illness, or maternity leave), just send us a quick message to let us know.
We’ll always treat you fairly and can place a note on your account to protect your access during that period.

The key is communication — staying connected means we can continue to support you. 💕

All training videos, resources, manuals, PDFs, and downloads are the intellectual property of UK Permanent Makeup Experts.
They are provided exclusively for your personal learning and may not be copied, shared, resold, or used to teach others.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content will result in immediate removal of access and potential legal action.
This protects our students, our educators, and the integrity of our academy.
