Our Confidence Guarantee means you’ll never be left feeling unsure, rushed, or forgotten once your initial training ends. From the moment you join us, you gain unlimited access to group refreshers, supervised model days, shadowing, and 1:1 mentoring calls — all designed to build your skill, confidence, and success.

Whether it takes you three months or a year, we’ll stay by your side until you feel completely ready. Because at UK PMU Experts, we don’t just train artists — we build confident, world-class professionals. 💖

What’s Included

All students (including 1:1 learners) are covered by our Confidence Guarantee and receive:

  • Unlimited group confidence-boosting days — attend as many group sessions as needed to refresh, observe, and refine your technique (subject to space and availability).

  • Unlimited group course retakes — reattend your course in a group setting for the same treatment area until you feel confident.

  • 1:1 coaching and mentoring calls with our CEO, Amy Louise — gain personal support, business insight, and mindset guidance.

  • Access to our private Skool community — connect with tutors and peers, share work, and receive ongoing Q&A feedback.

  • Refresher opportunities — if you complete your course but still feel unsure, you can keep attending group training until you’re ready.

The Confidence Guarantee applies to your fundamental PMU techniques:

Complimentary Advanced Training (Not Covered by the Guarantee)

As a bonus, we offer free advanced training opportunities to all UK PMU Experts students, including:

These are complimentary masterclasses designed to help you grow beyond the basics.
However, because they are additional free opportunities and not part of your core PMU training, they are not covered by the Confidence Guarantee.

Students wishing to reattend advanced masterclasses or book additional 1:1 sessions may do so at the current returning-student rate and subject to tutor availability.

Attendance & Cancellations

To keep things fair for everyone, all sessions booked under the Confidence Guarantee follow our standard cancellation policy:

  • 14+ days’ notice (in writing): reschedule free of charge.

  • Within 14 days: a £250 rebooking fee applies.

  • Within 48 hours or no-show: the session is forfeited, and a new payment will be required to rebook.

This applies to all circumstances (including illness, childcare, or travel issues), as each training day requires pre-booked tutors, models, and academy resources.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or non-attendance may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Confidence Guarantee benefits.

Duration & Continued Access

Your Confidence Guarantee is designed to support you throughout your learning journey — for as long as you remain active, engaged, and in touch with the academy.

There’s no strict expiry date, but ongoing access depends on continued communication and participation.
To keep your Confidence Guarantee active, we ask that you:

  • Stay in regular contact with us via Skool, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Attend your scheduled shadowing, refresher, or coaching sessions.

  • Continue practising and demonstrating steady progress.

If a student becomes inactive or uncontactable for 12 consecutive weeks (3 months) — meaning no communication, attendance, or engagement in Skool — the Confidence Guarantee will be considered closed.

Once closed, the student will no longer have access to complimentary retraining, group refreshers, or confidence-boosting sessions under this policy.

Should you wish to restart your training journey after that point, you’ll be welcome to rejoin the academy through a paid refresher or advanced course, which will bring you back up to standard and reintroduce you to active student support.

This ensures we can dedicate our ongoing time, tutors, and model resources to students who are actively learning and progressing.

Fair Use & Limitations

To protect fairness and sustainability for all learners:

  • The guarantee applies only to core PMU areas (Brows, Basic Lips, Lash Enhancement).

  • It does not cover advanced complimentary masterclasses.

  • It applies to group sessions only — unlimited 1:1 retraining is not included.

  • All sessions must be pre-booked and confirmed in writing.

  • The policy cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for monetary value.

Students who maintain communication, attend regularly, and show genuine effort will continue to benefit from unlimited support until they are fully confident.

Legal Disclaimer

The Confidence Guarantee is a voluntary goodwill policy and not a contractual or financial guarantee.
It does not override or replace the academy’s Cancellation, Refund, or Rescheduling Policy, nor does it guarantee qualification, employment, or financial outcomes.

Participation is subject to tutor availability, student professionalism, and compliance with the academy’s Code of Conduct and Health & Safety requirements.
