Client Cancellation Policy

At UK PMU Experts, we value every client and the time reserved exclusively for your treatment.
To keep our diary fair and organised for everyone, we have a clear and consistent cancellation policy.

Booking Fee

A £50 booking fee per treatment area is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This is payable via the secure online payment link provided by Amy Louise and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.
If you need to move your appointment:

  • 14 days or more notice: Your £50 booking fee may be transferred once to a new date.

  • Within 14 days: Your original £50 booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to secure your new date.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance: The full cost of the treatment will be owed before any new booking can be made.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have sufficient time to complete your treatment safely and effectively.
In this case, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Gift Vouchers & Special Offers

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are subject to the same cancellation terms.
If you cancel or reschedule within the notice periods above, the same conditions apply.
Expired or missed appointments booked using vouchers will be void.

Fairness & Respect

Our policy ensures fairness and respect for both our artists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments.
Each treatment slot is reserved exclusively for you, with preparation, equipment, and resources organised in advance.
For this reason, booking fees and payments are non-refundable, and short-notice changes result in loss of booking fees.

By booking a treatment at UK PMU Experts, you agree to this policy and understand that all booking fees are non-refundable, and reschedules must comply with the above notice periods.
