Bullying & Harassment Policy

At UK PMU Experts, we are proud to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional environment for everyone — our staff, tutors, students, models, and clients.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bullying, harassment, gossip, intimidation, or disrespectful behaviour.

Every person connected to our academy and clinic has the right to feel safe, valued, and respected at all times.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to:

  • Providing a professional, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all.

  • Ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of role or status.

  • Taking immediate and decisive action against bullying, harassment, or unprofessional conduct.

  • Protecting tutors, staff, students, and models from mistreatment, gossip, and disrespect.

This policy applies to everyone involved with UK PMU Experts — staff, tutors, assessors, students, models, and clients — whether interactions occur in person, during breaks, on social media, or through any digital communication linked to the academy.

What Counts as Bullying or Harassment

We define bullying and harassment as any behaviour that causes distress, humiliation, intimidation, or harm to another person — whether verbal, written, physical, or online.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Shouting, swearing, or using aggressive or threatening language.

  • Belittling, mocking, or undermining someone’s skills, confidence, or appearance.

  • Gossiping or spreading false information about others.

  • Excluding, isolating, or making someone feel unwelcome.

  • Making offensive jokes or comments about clients, models, staff, or students.

  • Sending disrespectful, inappropriate, or hostile messages via text, email, or social media.

  • Publicly criticising or attempting to discredit staff or the academy.

  • Any form of intimidation, manipulation, or verbal humiliation.

Even if behaviour is intended as humour, if it causes discomfort or disrespect, it is unacceptable.

Respect for Tutors, Staff, and the Training Environment

All students must treat academy staff and fellow learners with professionalism and respect — both during class and during breaks.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • Speaking disrespectfully about tutors, assessors, or team members.

  • Spreading rumours or gossip about training quality, staff, or other students.

  • Attempting to undermine or discredit any tutor or the academy verbally, in writing, or online.

  • Criticising teaching methods or stirring negativity among students.

  • Discussing internal academy matters with other students or on social media.

Any concern about your training experience must be raised privately and professionally by emailing

or following the formal feedback or complaints procedure in Skool for ProQual courses.

Talking about staff, training methods, or the academy outside of the correct channels will be treated as serious misconduct.

Respect for Models and Clients

Our models are an essential part of your learning journey — they volunteer their time and trust to help you gain experience and confidence.

Disrespectful behaviour towards models, either in person or after they leave, is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The following actions are considered gross misconduct:

  • Laughing, mocking, or making derogatory remarks about a model’s appearance, treatment, or behaviour.

  • Taking photos or videos of models without permission.

  • Sharing model details or images outside the academy.

  • Speaking negatively about a model to other students or staff after their session.

All students are expected to treat every model with care, professionalism, and empathy, exactly as they would paying clients.
Failure to do so damages the academy’s reputation and may result in immediate disciplinary action or removal from the course.

Everyone’s Responsibilities

All individuals — staff, students, models, and clients — are responsible for maintaining a respectful environment.
Everyone must:

  • Treat others with kindness and courtesy.

  • Refrain from gossip, negativity, or disrespectful discussion about others.

  • Report any bullying, harassment, or unsafe behaviour immediately.

  • Support others and speak up if they witness inappropriate conduct.

Choosing to ignore or excuse bullying behaviour enables harm — which is completely against our academy values.

Consequences of Breaching This Policy

Breaches of this policy will be taken extremely seriously.
Depending on the severity of the behaviour, actions may include:

  • Formal written warning.

  • Immediate suspension or removal from the course.

  • Termination of access to all academy platforms.

  • Banning from premises and refusal of future training.

  • Notification to awarding bodies (e.g. ProQual).

  • Legal action in cases involving threats, harassment, or defamation.

No refunds or compensation will be issued if a student or client is removed due to misconduct.

Reporting Bullying or Harassment

If you experience or witness any form of bullying, harassment, gossip, or disrespectful conduct, please report it immediately to:

All reports will be handled confidentially, sensitively, and without judgment.
Every report will be investigated thoroughly by the Centre Coordinator or Director, and appropriate action will be taken.

Retaliation or further gossip after a report is made will be treated as a serious disciplinary offence.

By enrolling in a course, modelling, or receiving treatment at UK PMU Experts, you agree to follow this Bullying & Harassment Policy and understand that any breach may result in immediate removal and further action.
